Facility Rental

Plan your next workshop, meeting conference, seminar, education event, or social function at the Earth Advantage National Center. Rent all or part of the facility by the hour or by the day.

Location

The Center is conveniently located just off I-5 South (less than a mile), and just 28 minutes from Portland International Airport. We are within walking distance of Bridgeport Village, which features a unique blend of upscale retailers, award-winning restaurants and cafes, and an 18-screen movie theater.

Parking

We offer free, convenient on-site parking for all attendees.

Conference and Training Room

The 1,551-square-foot Rhododendron Room (33' x 47') is fully equipped for seminars and other events. Audio-visual equipment includes DVD and VCR players, LCD and overhead projectors, motorized screen, sound system, flip charts, marker board, controlled lighting, microphone and motorized window shades (all operated from center console).

The space accommodates 72 people for classroom style seating and can be used in conjunction with the demonstration area for training and events.

Fees (Monday through Friday from 8:00-5:00):
$500 Full day (up to 8 hours)
$325 Half day (less than 4 hours)
There is a 15% discount for recurring meetings (3 or more) and for non-profits.

Break-Out Room

Additional space is available for rent in our smaller ‘Break-Out’ (576 sq.ft) room. It has a pull-down projection screen. Rental rate is $35.00/hour during business hours and $45.00/hour after-hours.

Display Room

This 40-foot by 47-foot open area adjoins the Rhododendron Room and includes the Earth Advantage display house, which features a functional kitchen (dishwasher, refrigerator, island, counter space, etc.). It makes an ideal reception or display area, and the rental includes use of the reception/lobby area.

Kitchen Facility

Rental of the facility allows for the use of this kitchen facility complete with centre-island, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, utensils, glassware and coffee maker. Please check for further detail.

Rental Policies

Rental fees do not include room set-up or take down, facility staff, consulting resources or catering.
Audio-visual equipment is included in the rental fee for the Conference and Training Room only. Equipment use can be arranged in other rooms for a fee.
Internet access and conference calling is available.
Full payment is due three days prior to facility use.
If space use is canceled less than three days in advance, the full rental fee will be charged.
